Woman Exposes Herself to Passing Motorists

LEXINGTON PARK - 10/13/2009

On Oct. 10, at 10:30 p.m., Dfc. K. Moritz responded to the area of Great Mill’s Road in Lexington Park for the report of a female subject standing near the roadway exposing herself to passing motorist.

Upon arrival Dfc. Moritz observed Lisa M. Tippett, age 44 of Lusby, near the roadway and determined she was intoxicated. While speaking with Tippett she became combative and pushed Dfc. Moritz and struck him with her purse before falling to the ground.

Tippett was placed under arrest, charged with second-degree assault and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner

Why YES this IS the same Lisa Tippett. She just got released from jail for serving time for the same thing last year. I am suprised it took this long before her name was mentioned in the news again. Wonder where her friend was?

Just did some checking and it is the same one. She is also the same woman on this very paper accused and arrested of groping a 13 year old females breast not very long ago(drunk). I guess Marks ghost is catching up to her. But the County had best stop ignoring her, she may really do something stupid next, and I will lay the blame directly on the County for not intervening.

You wrote "I'm saying she is a repeater, and WAY past strike three." I've looked up this woman's record and I agreee she is a real piece of trash. However, the 3 strike rule only applies to Felony convictions. I don't believe she's reached that threshold yet so the 3 strikes law does not apply to her. YET... With her, it only appears to be a matter of time!

It probably is, and she probably had something to do with his death too. Sad that she will get away with it. Sorry for bringing that up here in this article just saying.

I will blame the county for being to laxed in this repeating offender. She needs some hard time, about 18 months in the big house will do for a starter. I'm saying she is a repeater, and WAY past strike three. That's why I blame the County. I have been in trouble, DWI's and I openly admit it, it's no secret. And my third one, THEY CAME down HARD on me, and it worked,and I'm proud of it. I dont drink anymore, I dont drive anymore, in fact, I dont go out anymore. Tried the cab thing for a while, but was getting ripped off to much by them. I could have hurt someone, thank God I didn't. Yeah, I'm balme the County for being to soft on her. Who does she know? Who in the County is her relative? Or what relative does she have that's rich? We all know how that works.....States Attorney Fund.

What does the County have to do with it??? Surely you are asking this question in jest since this woman has been arrested for the following recently: 1)driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol (twice) 3) panhandling, 4) passing bad checks, 5) burning down my brother's house,( of course the case was dismissed for lack of evidence) 6) child sexual abuse (convicted) She should also be charged with the murder of my brother but of course there is not enough evidence to do so. So what does the County have to do with it? EVERYTHING Freefaller Is the County going to wait before she kills someone else before they get her off the street? Abuse another child? Get her off he street NOW and while your at it give her back her maiden name of Lisa Inman.

WHY is she not a registered sex offender. She and her boytoy are staying in Lusby and he has an apartment in Great Mills? Wonder what the winners will do next? I don't think anyone should ever forget about Mark. They know the truth and they are the ones that will have to live with their actions until the day they die. Karma has a really weird way of paying people back and if that doesnt work..God has a plan for them.

Maybe your anger is directed in the wrong direction. The "County" has arrested and charger her many times. However, she is tried in "state" courts. Maybe your anger should be directed there!

I believe you are correct in stating that my anger is directed in the wrong direction. It must be more than frustrating for the County Sheriff's Deputies to keep arresting her continually and have her back on the street the next day. I have, by and large, found the Sheriff's Office to be quite professional. The States Attorney's office failed to prosecute her for murder and for burning the house down. That office must be accountable for their lack of proficiency in proseuction of these crimes.

Not really a County issue
She keeps getting let out by a judge (or judges). It doesn'e really matter if it's a county or state court does it? It's still a bleeding heart judge who thinks her rights are more important than the 75,000 citizens of St. Mary's County. Next election, when a judge needs to get a vote, do your homework and DO NOT vote in another bleeding heart liberal.

Remember the States Attorney has to run for re-election. You do have a voice and so do all the other citizens of the County. Maybe it's time we all paid more attention to those judges we vote for.

2+2=4 No matter what!
Why is anyone surprised with her actions? As long as she is let out and allowed to act a fool, she will continue to do so. SOMEONE needs to stop her. Now she is putting complete strangers at risk (lets not even mention Mark, 2+2=4)as well as our Sheriff's deputies. Are they allowed to taser her? I would pay to see that, sell some tickets next time her degenerate boy friend gets he rdrunk. And as far as voting in another bleeding heart liberal? Honestly, what does that have to do with this woman. I think she knows something about someone is power or has paid someone off to keep getting a "get out of jail free" pass. God bless Mark's family still.
