Pianists Brian Ganz and Beverly Babcock will perform the Bach Concerto in F Minor, then be joined by Jose Cueto on violin and Suzanne Orban on cello for Beethoven’s Triple Concerto at noon Thursday, October 22, at Auerbach Auditorium of St. Mary’s Hall at St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

The Concerto for Violin, Cello, and Piano in C Major, Op. 56, more commonly known as the Triple Concerto, was composed by Ludwig van Beethoven in 1803, the only concerto he ever wrote for more than one solo instrument. Says one reviewer: “Beethoven’s Triple Concerto is three times the fun.”

This performance is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Audrey Hamilton in the music department at 240-895-4498 or
