Suspended Driver Busted Driving Around with Pot, Blunts

On Sept. 30, at 12:40 a.m., Kenneth Bradley Harper, Jr., 24 of Gloucester, Va., was arrested by Tpr. B. Wiesemann for Possession of Marijuana and CDS Paraphernalia. 

Harper was operating a white Cadillac on Budds Creek Road in Clements when he was stopped at Horse Shoe Road for an equipment violation.  A routine MVA check revealed Harper’s driving privileges are suspended.  Harper was taken into custody.  A search incident to the arrest revealed Harper was in possession of a baggie of Marijuana and a cigar containing Marijuana. 

Harper was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
