On September 29, at 7:31 a.m., Dustin Richard Cushman, 23 of California, was arrested by Tpr. G. A. Thompson on a Grand Jury Indictment issued by the Circuit Court in Leonardtown on July 13. 

The original charge was possession of marijuana.  Cushman was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he is being held pending his bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
