On October 4, at 11:46 p.m., Tpr. G. A. Thompson observed a black Ford F-150 traveling sound bound Point Lookout Road in Callaway exceeding the posted speed limit. The vehicle turned onto Piney Point Road and then turned into the Callaway Center and drove to the rear of Food Lion where the vehicle was stopped. |
