Man Charged with DWI while on ATV
BROOMES ISLAND - 10/6/2009

On October 1 at 12:20 a.m., Calvert County Dep. Thomas Rickard observed an ATV traveling east on Broomes Island Road on the shoulder of the roadway facing oncoming traffic. He conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and determined that the operator, later identified as Craig Gregory Emerson, 43 of Owings, was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. |
