On Sept. 30, deputies responded to a residence on Point Lookout Road in St. Inigoes for a report of a domestic assault. 

Investigation reveals Connie Sue Jameson, 46 of St. Inigoes, was involved in a verbal dispute, which escalated into a physical assault when Jameson grabbed the victim by the wrist causing injury. 

Jameson was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
