Man Fires Shotgun into the Air During Assault

On Sept. 25, at 8:35 p.m., Trooper Wyer responded to the 1300 block of Gregg Drive in Lusby for a report of a fight.
George L. Daniels, 42 of Lusby, was charged with first and second degree assault and reckless endangerment after he fired a shotgun in the air during the incident.
He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
