On Sept. 22 at 11:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to Keepsake Place in Waldorf for a domestic dispute.

The suspect, Antwan Demarkus Lyles, 29 of Waldorf, was outside the residence, yelling and causing a disturbance.  Lyles refused to leave and was subsequently arrested after a brief struggle.

Lyles was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officer B. Moore made the arrest.
