On Sept. 21, at 5:05 p.m., Brian Arthur Weese, 41 of Owings, was arrested by TFC M. B. Adams on an outstanding Grand Jury Indictment issued by the Circuit Court in Leonardtown on Sept. 16. 

The original charge was second-degree rape. 

Weese was apprehended at his residence and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending his initial appearance before the Judge.
