The 2009 ArtsFest at Annmarie Garden proved to be a huge hit on a gorgeous Southern Maryland weekend. Throughout the park, artists, crafters and musicians displayed their talents, saturating the Garden with creative sights and sounds.

One young ArtsFest visitor exclaimed, "There is so much cool and pretty stuff here!" Many kids enjoyed the Zany Zone and the hands-on activities in the Studio School.

An eclectic mix of art forms offered something for everyone. The food vendors and music truly made for a festival atmosphere.

With many artist booths nestled in the forested walkways of the Garden, ArtsFest successfully infused the arts and nature, providing a great time for all.
