Man Found on Patio in Violation of Protective Order

On September 7, at 10:20 p.m., Deputy H. Adams responded to a residence in Mechanicsville, for the Violation of a Protective Order. 

Investigation revealed Thomas B. James, 45 of Mechanicsville, was issued a Protective Order by the District Court ordering James to remain away from the residence.  James was located on the rear patio of the residence, placed under arrest, charged with Violation of a Protective Order and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
