Route 4 Pedestrian Jailed for Possessing Marijuana

On August 19, at 11 p.m., Trooper First Class Merkelson stopped to check the welfare of a pedestrian on the shoulder of southbound Route 4, south of Route 260 in Dunkirk. 

Anthony J. Sellers, Jr., 37 of Chesapeake Beach, was found to be in possession of marijuana. 

He was arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
