Violating a Protective Order Gets California Man Locked Up

On August 22, Deputies responded to Liberty Street in Lexington Park, for a conservator of the peace call. 

Investigation revealed JL Skinner, 28 of California, had been served, as a respondent, with a Protective Order on March 10, 2009.  The Protective Order was still active.  JL Skinner was ordered not to have any contact with the petitioner of the order.  Investigation revealed Skinner had attempted to contact the petitioner several times by telephone and in person on August 22. 

Skinner was arrested and charged with violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
