On August 14 at 4:05 p.m., on Rousby Hall Road in Lusby in the area of CJ’s Store after conducting a traffic stop, Dep. James Morgan found the driver, later identified as Bonnie Turner Gibson, 42 of Lusby, to be in possession of suspected drugs. |
