Mechanicsville Pharmacy Reports Prescription Fraud

On Thursday, August 13 at 1:35 pm, Tpr. W. S. Jefferson responded to the Tidewater Pharmacy in the 28000 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville for the reported Prescription Fraud.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female employee/complainant who advised John Murray Peterson, 58, of Lexington Park altered a prescription for medication for Oxycodone. Mr. Peterson was arrested by Tpr. Jefferson and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. |
