On July 13, deputies received information David Earl Cantrell, 45 of California, was waiting in the parking lot of the St. Mary’s County Circuit Court to contact a person whom he is not permitted to contact, due to a court ordered Protective Order. 

The Protective Order specifically ordered Cantrell to stay away from the respondent’s place of employment.  The respondent’s office is located in the courthouse. 

Cantrell was located in the parking lot of the courthouse and was arrested for violating the conditions of the Protective Order.
