Citizen Robbed at Gunpoint of Cell Phone, Cigarettes

On July 8 at 11:27 p.m., officers responded to the 12600 block of Council Oak Drive in Waldorf for the report of a robbery.
 
Investigation revealed the victim was walking in the area when four suspects approached, displayed a handgun and demanded his money, cell phone and cigarettes. The victim complied and the suspects fled. The victim further reported that just prior to the suspects approaching him, he saw them approach a man near Pin Oak Drive where he believed they committed another robbery. Officers canvassed the neighborhood but did not locate additional victims.
