On July 7, at 4:17 p.m., TFC M. A. Koock responded to the Park Sunoco at 22352 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park for the reported theft of gas. 

Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 46 of California, who advised Sherry Ann Baker, 55 of Lexington Park, pumped $14 in gas and failed to pay for the gas.  TFC Koock responded to the suspect’s residence and issued her a criminal citation with a preliminary inquiry date for appearing in Court. 

The investigation continues.
