On July 8, at 2:26 a.m., Tpr. J. C. Hardesty responded to the 41000 block of Norris Street in Leonardtown for the reported disturbance.

Upon arrival, contact was made with the female victim, 45 of Leonardtown, who advised she and her 14-year-old son were arguing when he kicked out the bottom plate glass in the front door and broke the glass.  He then picked up his bike and threw it at the upper glass portion of the door and then fled the scene on his bicycle.

The juvenile responded to the Leonardtown Barrack on his bicycle and was met there by Tpr. Hardesty.  After being interviewed he was charged with malicious destruction of property and released to his grandmother pending further action by Juvenile Services.
