Multiple Cases of Thefts from Unlocked Vehicles in Calvert

Calvert County Sheriff's are investigating multiple cases of theft from unlocked vehicles:

Three victims on Birch Drive in Huntingtown had items stolen from their unlocked vehicles overnight between June 30 and July 1.  A Razor cell phone, Dell Latitude laptop computer, Extech Digital sound meter, Garmin GPS unit, TomTom GPS unit, Oakley sunglasses and several CD’s with a total value of over $2400 were stolen.  Dep. Jeffrey Hardesty is investigating the thefts.

In a seperate incident, a Kenwood CD player worth $100 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in front of a home on Dunn Road in Huntingtown between June 30 and July 3.  Dep. Frank Winston is investigating the theft.
