On June 25, at 1:10 a.m., Tpr. J. Pilkerton was working stationary radar on Great Mills Road, in the area of Forest Run Drive in Lexington Park when Tpr. pilkerton observed two young boys riding bicycles down the middle of Great Mills Road and he heard a loud noise. |
