On June 22, deputies responded to the vicinity of Pleasant Drive in Lexington Park, in attempt to locate Michael Anthony Somerville, Jr. 25 of Lexington Park, who was wanted on an outstanding second-degree assault warrant. 

Somerville was arrested on the warrant.  At the time of arrest, Somerville was in possession of prescription bottle with an altered prescription label.  The prescription bottle contained Percocet and Xanax both controlled danger substances. 

Somerville was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a prescription bottle with altered label.
