While Monday, June 22, was a day for accident rollovers, Tuesday, June 23, was a day for motorcycle accidents. Two of the accidents involved other vehicles and the one shown here was a single vehicle involving a female driving an older Kawasaki 450.
The first accident occurred at approximately 5:55 a.m., in the area of 21841 Three Notch Road in Lexington Park where a car and a motorcycle collided. Emergency crews from Advanced Life Support, Bay District and Second District arrived and determined the motorcyclists injuries warranted a fly-out and Trooper 7 was called and transported the victim to PG Trauma.
A second accident involving a car and a motorcycle happened only a few minutes later at approximately 6:49 a.m., in the area of 44447 St. Andrews Church Road in California. In that case, the victim was treated and transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
The third motorcycle accident occurred at approximately 8:26 p.m., when a woman was turning into the Wendy’s at 21589 Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, struck a curb and was knocked from her motorcycle. Bay District and Lexington Park responded and the female patient was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.
No other information is available at this time. No word on the condition of any of the victims in these three incidents.
