On June 20, at 1:05 a.m., Trooper Saucerman responded to MD Route 260 and Mt. Harmony Road in Owings, for a single vehicle collision.  

The driver, Melissa R. Baylor, 33 of St. Inigoes, was arrested for DUI.  She was transported to the Maryland State Police Barrack in Prince Frederick.  A secondary search revealed that Baylor was in possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. 

She was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
