SMECO CoolSentry is replacing the current Load Management program you may be participating in now, which is ending soon. Since the new program applies only to A/C units and heat pumps, participants will no longer receive the SMECO bill credits and any water heater maintenance associated with it. SMECO CoolSentry is FREE to customer-members. It is an important upgrade in technology and service that will benefit all of us, but you must enroll in it to receive the incentives outlined below.
