As a thank you to loyal customers over the past eight years, The Appliance Source in Mechanicsville is holding an open house on Saturday, June 13 where the owners will be giving away a fantastic kitchen to one of the attendees during the event.

The Appliance Source, owned by Christy Oliff has been in business in downtown Mechanicsville since July 2001. The store features a sparkling showroom and offers experts who work directly with builders, kitchen dealers and architects to ensure proper ordering of cabinets and installation of plumbing and gas lines.

The Appliance Source operates as a distributor to builders offering 20 major brands of appliances. Showroom brands on display include: Amana, Asko, Best, Bosch, Dacor, GE, Hotpoint, Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Maytag, Miele, Monogram, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool and Wolf with other brands available upon request.
 
During the open house from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Appliance Source will be giving away: a GE Clean Steel kitchen, which includes a  Side by side Refrigerator, a smooth top range, dishwasher and an over the range microwave.

The Appliance Source will also be giving away a GE 2.6 cubic foot wine center, a Dacor cookware set, a Miele gift basket, a Wolf/ Sub Zero gift bag and more. Also at the event there will be cooking demonstrations, some expertly prepared food and whole lot of fun.
