On May 20, the Deputies responded to the St. John’s Pharmacy in Hollywood, for a possible prescription fraud in progress. 

Investigation revealed Janie Theresa Higdon, 37 of Piney Point, attempted to pass a written prescription for a person who was deceased.  The prescription was for Oxycodone, a controlled dangerous substance. 

Higdon was arrested and charged with attempting to obtain a prescription drug by fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
