Calvert County Dep. Jonathan Parsons responded to the entrance of the Cove Point Park recreational facility on Cove Point Road in Lusby on April 5 at about 1 p.m., in reference to a male and female arguing inside a pickup truck. 

After contacting the two occupants, he observed the female acting strangely.  Further investigation revealed drugs inside the vehicle. 

Parsons arrested John Anthony Santoiemma, Jr., 38 of Lusby and Christina Marie Santoiemma, 39 of Hollywood, both charged each with possession of Phencyclidine and use of drug paraphernalia, a clear plastic smoking device and copper wire.
