Lusby Drug Activity Halted as Narcotic Task Force Moves In

On April 7, at 8 p.m., members of the Calvert County Narcotics Task Force executed a search and seizure warrant at a home on Pine Trail in Lusby suspected of being a site of drug activity. Found inside the home were Percocet and Valium pills with a combined street value of $540 and almost 8 grams of marijuana with a $50 street value. Also located inside the home were a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia. Police arrested Russell Lee Wood, 44 of Lusby, and charged him with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute percocet and possession of marijuana and possession of percocet. |
