The Charles County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for an armed robbery that occurred at the Kinko’s in Waldorf on March 26.

A photograph taken from a store surveillance camera was obtained. In addition, a forensic artist created a sketch of what the suspect may look like. The suspect is described as a black male, possibly in his thirties, 6 feet 4 inches, thin build, short hair and a noticeable dark discoloration near his cheek and right eye. After the robbery, the suspect may have fled the area in a gold or champagne colored vehicle.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to call Detective Higgs of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office at (301) 609-6498. Callers wishing to remain anonymous may call Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. The Charles County Crime Solvers is offering cash reward of up to $1,000 for the tip that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspect in this case
