On March 30, at 7 a.m., Tpr. N. Gresko responded to the 26000 block of Tradesman Lane in Mechanicsville for the reported theft from a motor vehicle. 

Upon arrival, contact was made with the male complainant, 33 of Mechanicsville, who advised unknown suspect(s) broke into his work van and stole a Dell model 620 laptop computer, serial # 5YQWHD1 which has been entered into NCIC. 

Neighborhood checks were conducted with negative results and the investigation continues.
