Sewer Overflow: Avoid Contact for Seven Days

The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is reporting a sanitary sewer overflow that occurred on March 31, in the area of the Carver Recreation Facility, Lexington Park. The sanitary sewer leak occurred as a result of debris blocking the pipe and the total estimated volume of the overflow is estimated between 8,000 and 10,000 gallons. |
