Calvert County Dep. Roscoe Kreps conducted a traffic stop on Md. Route 4 northbound near Applebee’s Restaurant on March 29 at 1:53 a.m. 

The driver, later identified as Thomas Jerimiah Murray, 23 of Chesapeake Beach, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a red cigar tube used to store marijuana, and driving under the influence.
