On March 18 at 9:26 a.m., officers responded to the 1000 block of Fairbanks Court in Waldorf for the report of a fight in progress.

Upon arrival, officers encountered a male subject who dropped a vial of liquid PCP from his jacket.

The suspect, Derrick Jay Ford, 33 of Temple Hills, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
