Vice Narcotics Detectives began an investigation related to Joseph Earl Bush, 35 of Lexington Park, and his distribution of cocaine. Undercover purchases of cocaine were made from suspect Bush. The cases were reviewed by State’s Attorney Richard D. Fritz and presented to the Grand Jury for St. Mary’s County, which resulted in an arrest warrant being issued. A search and seizure warrant was executed on Bush’s residence. Suspect Bush and suspect James Andrew Stewart aka “Jaime”, 27, were both arrested. Almost $700 worth of cocaine was recovered as well as more than $1,600 in cash.
A search and seizure warrant was served on a Lexington Park residence suspected of dealing marijuana. The search revealed a quantity of marijuana and a handgun. Anthony Buck, 20, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession and additional charges are pending a State’s Attorney’s review.
Vashon Lemar Hayden, 25, was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. During the execution of a search warrant of his body a quantity of cocaine was found to be secreted in his body. The amount of cocaine recovered indicated intent to distribute. Suspect Hayden has a long criminal history and has numerous years of “back up time” pending. He is being held without bond.
Garrick Malik Johnson, 20 of no fixed address, turned himself in to Sheriff’s deputies on an open Vice Narcotics warrant related to cocaine possession.
Kimberly Marie Pasch, 42 of Great Mills, was indicted by Vice Narcotics Detectives for possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and conspiring to distribute with another to distribute cocaine. She was being held originally without bond.
