On Feb. 17, St. Mary’s County BCI detectives served a criminal summons on Felix Alexander Pinto Jr., 21 of California charging him with four counts of False Entry Into Public Record.
The charges were a result of an investigation into Pinto providing driver’s licenses and identification cards to persons that did not qualify, due to not having required U.S. documents.
This occurred while he was employed with the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration in their Loveville office between May and July of 2008.
