Two occupants of a vehicle parked at the Taco Bell in Solomons on Feb. 12 at 8 p.m. were found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. 

DFC James Smith subsequently arrested Derek Craig Bradley, 20, and Brandon Angelo Meredith, 19 both of Lusby, and charged each with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia (a spoon and a small metallic homemade burner, used to prepare a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana and heroin).
