Fugitive Caught While Driving Drunk

On Jan. 31, at 1:18 a.m., Trooper First Class Bowling arrested Robert A. Crump, 50 of Lusby, for driving while intoxicated. A computer check revealed that Crump had an outstanding warrant through Virginia.
The defendant was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center pending an extradition hearing. |
