On Jan. 30, Deputy Vezzosi observed Jaime Marie Stroud in the area of Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall. Strout was sitting in her vehicle. Deputy Vezzosi ran a computer check on Stroud and discovered there was an open warrant (bad check) for Stroud. Deputy Vezzosi contacted Stroud in her vehicle. Informed her of the open warrant and arrested Stroud. Search incident to Stroud’s arrest revealed three prescription bottles in her purse. A bottle of Oxycodone prescribed to another individual. A bottle of Zolpidem prescribed to another individual and a bottle containing suspected Flexeril with no label attached. In addition to the arrest warrant Stroud was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. |
