Woman Busted with Change Purse of Pills

Calvert County Dep. Mark Fitzgerald conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Jan. 14 at 2:53 p.m., on southbound Md. Route 4 near Sollers Wharf Road in Lusby. The driver, later identified as Dawn Marie Kopp, 44 of Lusby, was found to be in possession of suspected controlled dangerous substances. Kopp was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, morphine sulfate pills, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a small change pouch used to contain the pills.
