Woman Dies in La Plata Crash
LA PLATA - 12/23/2008

Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal crash in La Plata. On Dec. 18, at 9:19 a.m., on eastbound MD Route 225 east of Miller Hill Road, the driver of a 1996 Honda Accord, for unknown reasons lost control of the vehicle, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree. On Dec. 19, the driver succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision at Washington Hospital Center. The driver has been identified as 52-year-old, Pamela Yvette Brooks of Indian Head. Weather and speed are being considered as factors in this collision. |
