Charles Sheriff's Seek Hollywood Fugitive - 5 Warrants Include Sex Offense

The Charles County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Kevin Thomas Sholes, 23 of Hollywood, who is wanted for five open warrants including charges of forgery, uttering, theft less than $500, second-degree assault and fourth- degree sex offense. Sholes is a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing in at 170 pounds. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call (301) 932-2222 or Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.

freefaller 12/15/2008 at 8:17 PM Reply to Concerndfrnd: In Plain English With due respect to Crash Cart who's answer is correct. When you write a counterefeit check, you can be charged with Forgery. When you actually try to pass, or cash that forged check, that is Uttering.
