Probation Violator Jailed on Warrant Arrest

On Dec. 3, at 9:10 p.m., Lloyd Jack Carpenter, 24 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. M. Pitcher on an outstanding circuit court warrant for violation of probation. The original charge was as a result of being arrested for DUI on July 8, 2006 and failing to appear in district dourt on Sept. 21, 2006. Carpenter was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review. |
