Maryland State Police in Leonardtown have arrested the following people for DWI from Nov. 20 to Nov. 26: Carlton Glenn Moyer, 46 of Lusby, was arrested on Nov. 21 by TFC E. M. Evans Sandra Thompson Simmons, 56 of Leonardtown, was arrested on Nov. 22, Trooper C. M. Evans Dawn Marie Murphy, 41 of Mechanicsville, was arrested on Nov. 23, by Trooper C. M. Evans Brian Alexander Simpson, 24 of California, was arrested on Nov. 26, Trooper W. S. Jefferson
