Fight Call Leads to Fugitive Arrest
LEONARDTOWN - 12/4/2008

On Nov. 28, at 11:29 p.m., Tpr. M. Koock responded to the reported fight in progress in the 21000 block of Port View Circle in Leonardtown. Upon arrival, Tpr Koock made contact with several individuals, it was concluded that no fight actually took place. Contact was also made with Casey Michael Kohn, 25 of Lexington Park. A routine NCIC check revealed Kohn having an active warrant through Virginia Beach for violation of parole, DWI, eluding police and malicious destruction of property. Kohn was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending an extradition back to Virginia Beach. |
