Man Jailed Following Domestic Assault

On Nov. 24, at 4:47 p.m., Tpr. E. Page responded to the 20000 block of Dukehearts Court in Coltons Point for the reported domestic assault.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 47 of Coltons Point, who advised she was assaulted by Donald William McGrath, 39 of Coltons Point.  After interviewing both parties, McGrath was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center.  He was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
