Man Cited as Smoke Emits from Vehicle
MECHANICSVILLE - 12/3/2008

On Nov. 24, at 1:05 a.m., John Edward Butler Jr., 33 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by Tpr. C. Evans for possession of marijuana. Butler was operating a black Chevrolet Suburban when he was stopped for a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver, Butler and a moderate odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. Butler was found to be in possession of a metal grinder containing marijuana. Butler was issued a criminal citation and was released at the scene with a preliminary inquiry date. |
