Gun Shots Disturbing the Peace

On Nov. 28, Deputy W. Watters responded to South Sandgates Road in Mechanicsville, for a report of a disturbance with shots fired. Investigation revealed the complainant heard an argument and gun shots across the way from her residence. Further investigation revealed Walter Clyde Schemery II, 45 of Mechanicsville, was the individual who fired a shotgun in the residential area. Schemery was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment and disturbing the peace. |
