Up in Smoke, Woman Busted for Pot in Lusby

On Nov. 27 at 10:19 p.m. Dep. Mark Fitzgerald conducted a traffic stop on Thunderbird Drive at Spruce Street in Lusby. The passenger in the vehicle, later identified as Kimberly Sue Chapman, 39 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, a metal smoking device. |
